Kenneth Jamieson

AI-Forward Solution Architect·Senior Technologist

I help teams turn vague ambitions into working systems.

For thirty years I've worked at the front edge of new technology — breaking ground, filling the blank spots in a plan, and making sense of problems before there's a playbook. AI isn't my first industry-reshaping shift. It's the latest in a long chain, and the people best equipped to carry a team through it are the ones who've made the crossing before.

先 — ahead, first
The first stroke of sensei. The pattern is older than the tools.

A few things I've built

AI · DESIGN-TO-CODE

Figma to production code, ahead of the market

An AI-assisted pipeline: Figma components and design tokens, interrogated through MCP by an LLM agent, turned into branded React, Vue 3, Vue 2, and web-component codebases — distributed standalone so client teams generated code in their own repos.

AI · AGENT + EVALS

An enterprise AI agent, built as a decision platform

A conversational frontend over a Go chat service with multi-conversation tracking and data sources through MCP — plus a control-room app for live monitoring of token burn, tool-call behavior, retrieval sources, and failure modes. An evaluation harness as much as a demo.

PLATFORM · 9 YEARS

Brand-critical platform work under real constraints

Ground-up rebuilds of the two largest, most rule-dense apps on a flagship automotive site — the configurator and inventory search — plus the lead funnel and the automation moving daily manufacturer and dealer data into production.

Use Case

I have a history of turning unstructured intent into architecture, working code, and a team that can execute.

  • #senior-engineer
  • #architect
  • #technical-lead
  • #advisor
  • #instructor

AI work still needs architecture, source control, review, evals, and someone accountable for the decisions. I can help you separate useful work from fragile demos and vendor noise, choose a buildable path, and put operating practices around it.

What I'm optimizing for is the people and the problem, not the engagement letter. Full-time, fractional, consulting, or advisory all work — and I'd rather build something ongoing than chase a one-off.
